Electronic Signatures

Send a document, they sign on a phone, and the signed PDF and a certificate come out the other end.

What it is

No account for the person signing, no app, no password. What makes it stand up later is not the signature; it is the record around it.

What you get

  • Two fingerprints: one of the words before anybody signs, one of the finished PDF
  • A certificate at its own public address, so a bank or a broker can check it without asking you
  • Several signers, at once or one after another; signers, approvers and copy only
  • Reminders, link expiry, and voiding a document so nobody can sign it
  • Your name, logo and colour on the signing page, the emails and the PDF
  • Every signature lands on that person's timeline in the CRM by itself

How it works

  1. The document is shown in full before anything is signed
  2. The signer confirms they intend to sign electronically; that consent is part of the record
  3. The exact document, the signature, the time and every step are sealed together
Being straight with you

We do not tell you a signature makes your agreement enforceable. That depends on your document and your situation. What we give you is the evidence.
