What it is

A knowledge base that only humans read goes stale. This one is the same set of documents your assistant answers customers from, which means keeping it right has an obvious daily payoff.

• Documents kept with their old versions, never overwritten
• Full text search across everything, going back years
• An index with real tags, so a document nobody can find does not exist
• A good answer given once can be saved back into the knowledge

1. A document is written, versioned and indexed in the same pass
