What it is

Somewhere your people actually work, rather than a list of links to somewhere else. A visitor is greeted before anybody says a word, and your team can see who is in and who is free.

• Floors and rooms with their own look, host and capacity
• Desks with presence, so you can see who is in and what they are in
• A personal lobby link per person, with booking, a knock, a greeting by name and a welcome video
• The host admits, declines, or routes somebody to another room
• Notes per room, with a summary and the actions taken from the recording
• Departmental channels and a staff directory alongside it
• Accessible by default and private by default, on every page
