The AI-run business workspace

Run your entire operation from one intelligent workspace.

WorkspaceBoard unifies your support, sales, fulfillment, automation, and planning into a single command center, with AI teammates that answer customers, deliver products, run follow-up, and move work forward around the clock. One platform, your whole company, working as one.

Enterprise-grade  ·  Custom-built per company  ·  Deployed for organizations worldwide

White-glove onboarding
Fully custom to your workflow
One platform, not ten tools

The all-in-one operating system for your business.

Most companies stitch together a help desk, a CRM, an automation tool, a file host, a project board, and a dozen forms. WorkspaceBoard replaces the whole stack with one intelligent workspace, and adds an AI workforce that actually does the work.

AI Concierge Live

A living help desk where an AI concierge answers customers from your own knowledge base, drafts replies for approval, or handles them end-to-end, and escalates the moment a human is needed.

Intelligent Ticketing

Every call, email, form, and message becomes one tracked ticket with a reference number, assigned to a person or an AI, prioritized, dated, and driven to resolution. Nothing slips.

Automation That Ships

Named recipes fire on an order or a form: issue the code or product, send the receipt, deliver securely, and run a multi-day follow-up sequence, automatically, and fully tracked.

Capabilities

Everything your operation runs on, in one place.

A complete, connected toolset, each part talking to the others, all of it observable from a single screen.

Included, not extra

Seven complete products, inside the one workspace.

Most companies buy these separately from six or seven vendors and then pay somebody to make them talk to each other. Here they are the same system, so they already do. Everything named on this page is built and running today; anything that is not, says so in its own words.

Concierge LiveNew

The front desk of your business: an AI that answers, a help desk that never drops anything, and the knowledge both run on

Most companies buy a chat widget from one vendor, a help desk from another, a forms tool from a third, and a knowledge base from a fourth, and then nothing knows what anything else did. This is one product. The assistant answers out of your own knowledge, and the moment it cannot, the same conversation becomes a ticket with the history already attached.

  • AI concierge on any page
  • Help desk and ticketing
  • Living knowledge centre
  • Forms and surveys
  • Links & Access vault
  • Speak instead of typing
  • The assistant. Answers from your knowledge, in your voice, with a fixed list of things it is not allowed to say. It never invents a price, and where it is unsure it says so and hands over
  • The desk. One help desk for every product you run, filtered by company, product and brand. Read any email exactly as it was sent, see everything one person ever did on a single page, and get an alarm when something sits too long
  • It answers itself, on a schedule. Automatic replies on filing addresses, message sequences that stop themselves when somebody replies or buys, and retention rules that age old material out without anybody deleting it
  • The knowledge centre. Your policies, answers and documents, searchable by a person and used as the brain the assistant answers from. A good answer given once can be saved back into it
  • Forms and surveys. Branded forms that land on the desk already sorted, and graded quizzes and surveys inside your courses. A drag-and-drop builder for standalone forms is the next piece and is not built yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise
  • Links & Access. Every link, address, code and credential your team needs, grouped, searchable, and with the secret ones covered until somebody deliberately taps to show them
  • Speak instead of typing on any box, for your staff and for your customers
  • A person always approves before anything is sent to a customer. The AI drafts; it does not send on its own

The CRM

Everyone you know, and everything that ever happened

One place for every person your business deals with, and the whole relationship on one screen: every email, text, call, meeting, note, purchase, signed document, help desk ticket, campaign, tag and stage change, newest first.

  • Search by name, email, phone, tag, company or an id from another system
  • Email, text, log a call, add a task or send a document to sign, from the person’s own card
  • Companies, deal pipelines on a board, tasks by day, saved segments and email campaigns
  • Import a spreadsheet: it guesses the columns, and it adds to what is there rather than replacing it
  • Private notes and fields are encrypted, and every reading of one is written down
  • An agent can be limited to only the people they own, and then even the totals they see are their own
  • Rename anything: “Contacts” can be “Clients”, and the stages are yours to name
  • Delete has a seatbelt: a holding tank you can restore from, and erasing for good is a deliberate act

eSignBook

Electronic signatures, with the evidence built in

Send a document, they sign it on their phone with a finger, and the signed PDF and a public certificate come out the other end. No account for the person signing, no app, no password.

  • Two fingerprints: one of the words before anybody signs, one of the finished PDF
  • A certificate at its own address, so a bank or a broker can check it without asking you
  • Several signers, at once or one after another; signers, approvers and copy-only
  • Reminders, link expiry, and voiding a document so nobody can sign it
  • Your name, logo and colour on the signing page, the emails and the PDF
  • Every signature lands on that person’s timeline in the CRM by itself

TeamWorkboard

A real office online, for the people who work here

Where your team actually works: channels that know what department they are in, a directory you can reach anybody from, and floors and rooms you can walk into instead of sending a meeting link.

  • Channels per department, and person to person chat with files
  • A staff directory: click a name and reach them however makes sense
  • Floors and rooms with a front desk, so a visitor is greeted before anybody says a word
  • Booking that is already synced, and an assistant that already knows your business
  • Accessible by default and private by default, on every page

Consent Kept

The privacy box your website is supposed to have

A cookie and privacy notice that behaves the way a visitor expects: a card in the corner rather than a bar across what they came to read, real choices in plain words, and a record of what each person actually agreed to.

  • Accept, reject or choose, all reachable in one tap, with every category explained in a sentence
  • Nothing in a category runs until that category is agreed to
  • Somebody can reopen their choices later from a link in your own footer and change their mind
  • A dated record of every choice, which is the part that matters if you are ever asked
  • Your colours and your name on it, on your own website
  • It does not claim a banner makes a website lawful, and it never will. It gives you the mechanism and the record

My Site Reader

The accessibility panel, on every page, for everybody

One button that lets a visitor change your website to suit how they read: bigger text, stronger contrast, links picked out, a font built for dyslexia, and motion turned off. Their choice is remembered on their next visit.

  • Text size, high contrast, highlighted links, readable and dyslexia-friendly fonts, reduced motion, and a reset
  • Reachable by keyboard and named properly for a screen reader, because a panel nobody can tab to is not accessibility
  • Settings kept per visitor, so somebody sets it once
  • Your brand colour on the button, on your own site
  • We do not claim any tool makes a website compliant. This removes real barriers for real people; the rest is how you build the page

The Business Planner

Plan the business in the same place you run it

A digital planner that is not a separate document nobody opens again. Your goals, your operating rhythm and your year sit next to the work itself, so a plan turns into tasks, and what actually happened comes back the other way.

  • A year on a page, quarterly goals, and a weekly and daily rhythm
  • Plans become tasks on the same board your team already works from
  • Personal and business planning, kept apart, in one place
  • Printable when a person wants paper, and exportable when they want a file
  • Whitelabel: a coach or a company can run the planner under their own name for their own clients

They all read and write the same records. A document signed in eSignBook appears on that person’s timeline in the CRM without anybody exporting anything, and the person who handled it is the same person your team can reach in TeamWorkboard. That is the whole point of them being one system rather than three.

How it works

From first contact to fulfilled, automatically.

1

It comes in

A form, an email, a call, an order, every touch becomes one tracked ticket with a reference number.

2

It's understood

The AI sorts it by product and intent, answers or drafts a reply, and assigns the right owner, human or AI.

3

It's fulfilled

On payment, a template issues the product, sends the receipt, delivers securely, and starts the follow-up sequence.

4

It's tracked

Deadlines, follow-ups, and every action live on the ticket, nothing is lost, and everyone can see the state.

The connected Business Planner

Plan the business and run it in the same place.

Most planning tools are where good intentions go to be forgotten, a document nobody opens again. WorkspaceBoard's Business Planner lives inside the workspace, so your strategy, quarterly goals, and operating rhythm connect directly to the tickets, tasks, and automations that carry them out.

  • Turn a goal into tasks your team, and your AI builders, actually execute.
  • Operating cadence, priorities, and follow-through in one view.
  • Every plan links to the work, so progress is real, not reported.
  • Built for owners and leadership who need the whole picture at a glance.

Your customers, your data, and your products are handled with enterprise-grade care from the first byte.

Encrypted, private storage

Digital products are stored privately and encrypted at rest, never in a public folder, never guessable.

Signed, expiring delivery

Every download is a signed link that expires, tamper with it or wait too long and it simply stops working.

Role-based access

Each teammate sees only what they should, with a resilient fail-safe entry that keeps you in control.

Worldwide

One workspace, every timezone

Your AI teammates never sleep. Customers are answered, orders are fulfilled, and follow-ups go out on schedule, whether your team is at their desks or the sun is on the other side of the world.

Reading help

Text too big?

The text got too big and I cannot find the reading button. How do I get back to normal?

Look for the black button that says Reset reading settings, just above the round reading button near the bottom of the screen, and tap it once. Everything goes back to normal. If you still cannot see it, close the page and open it again, or open this page with ?reader=reset on the end of the address.
